Job summary

Caliber Collision in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, and manage vehicle intake and documentation. You will handle DRP paperwork, total loss tasks, and communicate status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a MVPD license. CCC1 experience is preferred; strong sales orientation and customer communication skills are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance policy.
• Must possess aMotor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document repair status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
