Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in the Stewartstown center. The role involves writing repair estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and handling final paperwork including DRP and final invoices.

You will also finalize total loss admin and communicate status updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a sales mindset, and a valid driver’s license with MVPD license eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of repair processes and estimation accuracy
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle intake
• Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers
