Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Stewartstown service center to prepare estimates and manage customer communication throughout the repair process. You will conduct process reviews, check in vehicles, and finalize all paperwork prior to delivery, while ensuring compliance with company standards.

With 2+ years in collision estimating, you will leverage CCC1 or similar software, have strong sales orientation, and be prepared for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License or be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
