Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to guide customers from drop-off through delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurance partners in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• CCC1 estimating system familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with the customer during repair.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners.
• Coordinate with insurers to manage claims and ensure good customer experience.
• Maintain updates on repair progress with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
