Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in the Atlanta area. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers from drop-off through vehicle delivery and prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners according to guidelines.

You will coordinate with insurance companies, keep customers informed of repair progress, and work with technicians to ensure all damages are identified and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• CCC1 estimating system familiarity preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers from drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage claims for best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with repair updates.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
