Job summary

Caliber Collision in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and communicates post-repair plans to customers.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a MVPD license. CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork.
• Provide post repair plan communication and status updates to customers.
• Finalize total loss administration.
