Job summary

Caliber Collision in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to write detailed vehicle repair estimates, perform process reviews, and manage customer communications throughout the repair cycle. The role includes checking in customers' vehicles, handling final paperwork prior to delivery, and assisting with total loss administration as needed.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a license as a Motor Vehicle

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
