Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, processing vehicle intake, and preparing final paperwork for delivery. You will use CCC1 or similar estimating software, apply knowledge of repair procedures, and work with customers to communicate status while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Writing estimates and conducting process reviews
• Checking in customer vehicles and completing final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery
• Finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication to customers
• Communicating vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety standards
