Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write repair estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post‑repair status to customers
• Ensure adherence to Caliber safety rules and company standards
