Job summary

Caliber Collision in West Salem, VA area is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, and related duties. You will write estimates, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery, including DRP and total loss administration, with clear communication to customers.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to Caliber standards, and timely status updates. Requires 2+ years of estimating experience; CCC1 or similar software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers.
• Provide status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
