Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Seffner, FL is seeking an Estimator who will create accurate vehicle damage estimates, coordinate repair needs, and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the claim.

You will document interactions, support the repair team, and ensure adherence to DRP processes while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with DRP processes (1+ year).
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with insurance companies throughout the claim.
• Participate in team meetings and support shop operations.

You control your future.Job Description:The Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
