Responsibilities

• Customer service: explain repair plans and maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Estimating: perform comprehensive damage assessments and produce detailed repair estimates.
• Insurance coordination: work with insurers to ensure repairs are approved and aligned with standards.
• Team collaboration: coordinate with body technicians to manage timelines and outcomes.
• Compliance & quality control: conduct quality inspections to meet Kniesel’s standards.
