Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating repair estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document interactions, inform customers and insurance companies, and guide the repair process from start to finish.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, and knowledge of OE guidelines. A valid driver's license is required, with training opportunities and competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Awareness of DRP processes and requirements.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend safety meetings and training sessions.

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
