Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Collision Concierge in Addison, IL. You will greet customers, discuss repair options, document needs and costs, and seek approvals while coordinating with the Collision Center.

You’ll update clients on status, understand DRP/non-DRP programs, and work with teammates on planning, compliance, and referrals. A customer-focused, tech-fluent communicator with a valid in-state license will excel here.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Must have a valid, in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discussing repair options on the service drive or in the sales department
• Documenting customer repair needs and estimated costs.
• Seeking customer approval for needed repairs.
• Updating customers and internal Associates regarding repair status of vehicles while working in partnership with the collision center.
• Understanding basic parameters of collision repair and insurance programs (e.g., DRP and non-DRP).
• Working with other Associates on daily planning and release meetings.
• Processing transactions and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Following up with customers to ensure we have met their expectations.
• Building rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policies.
• Providing exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

As a Collision Concierge, you’ll address our AutoNation Dealership customer collision needs and coordinate services with the local AutoNation Collision Center.
