Job summary

Boyd Group Services seeks a Production Assistant to support the GM by ensuring materials and parts are available for technicians, participating in final repair planning, and noting issues in morning and afternoon huddles.

The role involves overseeing disassembly for planning, parts intake and dispatch, and keeping dashboards current. A valid driver’s license and ability to move vehicles is required. Salary ranges and opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a collision repair environment is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures parts and materials are available for technicians.
• Oversees vehicle movement through production and staging.
• Manages parts intake, storage, dispatch, and returns for credit.
• Communicates changes to technicians and management promptly.
• Facilitates optimal use of collision center equipment and space.
• Coordinates sublet functions and timing with front office and techs.
• Maintains communication between metal and paint departments.
