Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Attend trade walks daily.
• Schedule all internal collision work.
• Direct and dispatch technicians and/or detailers specified RO’s.
• Create and maintain schedule for collision technicians and other associates.
• Monitors daily productivity reports and payroll records.
• Facilitate Writing and Booking all Used Car RO’s.
• Facilitate Ordering Parts and Billing out Parts for Used Vehicles.
• Facilitate sending out sublets and tracking their progress.
• Maintain service and detail timelines (turns) within 3 to 5 days.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Responsible for hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of collision department staff.
• Monitors and controls the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems, and surveys.
