Job summary

Hacienda Collision LLC in Weslaco, TX seeks a skilled foreman to supervise its body shop staff, manage daily operations, and build relationships with insurers and customers. You will oversee estimators, painters, and technicians to ensure efficient repair flow and adherence to estimates.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the parts team, controlling costs, and driving productivity while maintaining OSHA safety standards and asset care.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, math, and leadership skills.
• Previous body shop foreman or related management experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers, department employees, and other managers with reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the body shop staff including estimators, painters, and body technicians.
• Work with insurance adjusters to get claims paid quickly and per estimates.
• Meet with dissatisfied customers and factory personnel.
• Maintain productivity with training programs for technicians and painters.
• Coordinate with parts manager on inventory and returns for credit.
• Control expenses such as paint and supplies.
• Increase sales and gross profit via insurance mailings and advertising.
• Oversee repair order flow and open reports; monitor in-process work.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and hazardous waste disposal.
• Manage shop assets and inventories to maximize value.
