Momentum BMW is seeking a capable Collision Operations Manager to lead the collision department, directing technicians and detailers, ensuring on-time scheduling, and maintaining high-quality reconditioning standards. You will oversee payroll, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and policy requirements to guarantee guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and dispatch technicians and/or detailers specified RO’s
• Create and maintain schedule for collision technicians and other associates
• Monitor daily productivity reports and payroll records
• Facilitate writing and booking all Used Car RO’s
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Hire, train, and motivate collision department staff
• Maintain high-quality reconditioning standards and minimize comebacks
• Protect confidentiality and sign applicable agreements
