Qualifications

• Previous Body Shop / Collision Management experience required.
• 2-5 years proven results in a Collision Center setting preferred.
• Understanding of insurance estimates and budgets.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience developing and managing third-party vendor relationships.
• Goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Body Shop activities.
• Manage shop production schedule to meet pace and budget.
• Consult with guests regarding body repair needs.
• Work alongside insurance agencies to produce accurate estimates.
• Order parts needed for repair per estimate sheets.

The Collision Center at Five Star Nissanin Florence SC is hiring an Experienced Collision / Body Shop Manager.
