Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center, drive a best-in-class customer experience, and manage day-to-day operations in alignment with company policies. You will coach staff, oversee budgets, and ensure safety and quality across the center.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, KPI achievement, and driving WOW operations to maximize CSI and customer satisfaction. Comprehensive benefits are provided with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Open and close the facility daily as per procedures.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
