Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager in Baltimore - Gwynn Oak to oversee center operations, drive risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center operations including risk management, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor current financial performance metrics and review previous month’s metrics.
• Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOPs and industry guidelines.
