Hertrich Collision Center in Delaware is hiring an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. You will greet customers, inspect damaged vehicles, and prepare accurate repair estimates while coordinating with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure smooth claims.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision estimating/insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates.
• Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs.
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries.

• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Computer proficiency required
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
• High School Diploma or GED (additional training a plus)
