Hertrich Collision Center in Salisbury, MD is hiring an experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team. You will inspect damaged vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, and collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters to ensure smooth claims processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision estimating / insurance adjusting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of repair procedures and insurance processes.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and care.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimates.
• Prepare detailed reports and calculate parts/labor costs.
• Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Process paperwork and ensure accurate system entries.
• Manage workload and prioritize multiple repair jobs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
