Job summary

Parks Lincoln of Tampa is seeking a skilled collision estimator who will greet clients, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process from start to finish. You will work closely with collision technicians and insurers to ensure accurate estimates and timely updates for every client.

We value clear communication, empathy for customers in stressful situations, and a team-oriented attitude as you coordinate the repair plan and quality checks before returning the vehicle to the client.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years estimating.
• Experience with CCC; Mitchell is a plus.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License, clean drug screening and background.
• Familiarity with various insurance guidelines.
• Organized, self-motivated professional personality.

Responsibilities

Job description

Greet clients and assess their needs, while assisting them in navigating the process of having their vehicle repaired. Customer service is our top priority, Estimator to follow repair through from start to finish updating the client every step of the way. Working with insurance companies to complete an accurate and thorough repair estimate, quality check the repairs prior to releasing vehicle to the client.

This role is critical because it is the face of our collision center, we want every client to feel Wowed and informed during the repair process, the estimator needs to understand and sympathize with the difficulty of their situation. We want the clients confident that we will restore their vehicle back to pre-accident condition all while keeping them updated and informed.

Responsibilities

• Work with collision technician to identify any additional damage and the best possible repair plan
• Check in vehicle with client, reviewing any possible prior damage and get proper paperwork signed
• Keep client updated and informed during entire process, utilizing positive client service relations
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies
• We are a team and we need a team player
