Job summary

Hacienda Ford is seeking a Customer Service/Collision Liaison to greet guests, schedule repairs, and coordinate between customers and body shop technicians. The role focuses on delivering a great collision experience and understanding customer needs.

The position involves ensuring proper documentation, coordinating estimates with insurers, and updating clients on progress. Strong communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repairs for customers in person or by phone.
• Communicate with customers to determine repair needs.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations and standards.
• Photograph vehicle to support insurance damage claims.
• Update clients on repair progress and status.
• Handle inquiries about work in progress and appointments.
• Evaluate vehicle to determine damage extent and repairs needed.
• Prepare estimates per Insurance partner and company guidelines.
• Communicate supplements to customers and insurers on the same business day.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Collision manager.

Description

Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
• Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
• Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance
• Update clients with repair progress and status accordingly.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
• Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine the extent of damage and the need for repairs
• Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
• Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision manager.
