Hacienda Ford is seeking a customer-facing Collision Center Liaison to greet guests, schedule repairs, and coordinate with body shop technicians. You will act as a liaison to ensure a smooth collision experience and determine customer needs.

Responsibilities include documenting repairs, communicating progress, and handling inquiries about ongoing work. This role requires professionalism and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Description

Requirements

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
