Job summary

Rochester Motor Cars is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for the Rochester Collision Center. The role requires helping guests in person and by phone, handling insurance and rental processing, and supporting the Collision Center manager. Attention to detail and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Ideal candidates will communicate effectively, work well in a team, and adapt to new technology and procedures to keep our high-paced shop running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid state driver’s license & ability to be insured through RMC liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person and over the phone.
• Check in and out for insurance and customer pay claims.
• Check in and out rentals.
• Accepting and receipting payments.
• Assist Collision Center manager in tasks he assigns.
• Creating and closing insurance, customer, and inter-company repair orders.
• Creating and closing reconditioning service repair orders.
• Maintain and track rental vehicles.
• Order office and other miscellaneous supplies.
• Miscellaneous duties.
• Pays attention to detail.
