The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking a skilled Body Shop Assistant Manager to join our growing Collision Center team. This role focuses on managing daily operations, coordinating with insurers, and delivering high-quality repair estimates while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a collision center, experience with damage estimation or insurance adjusting, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop (preferred).
• Experience estimating collision damage or insurance adjusting is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, fleet providers, and manufacturers.
• Perform vehicle damage assessments and create detailed repair cost estimates.
• Prepare accurate damage reports efficiently.
• Assist in managing shop production costs and workflow.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on daily tasks and dispatches using computerized systems.
• Provide support and assistance to employees as needed.
