Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer-focused with ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read and follow instructions; background check required.
• Integrity, accountability and strong teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist estimators in assessing damage.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures according to work orders.
• Remove upholstery and accessible components to reach damaged areas.
• Repair body panels, weld parts, and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools including welder, torches, and sanders.
• Finish surfaces, inspect, test drive, and ensure safety/quality standards.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; perform related duties as assigned.
