Precision Collision in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time Collision Repair Technician. You will repair vehicles to high standards, restore panels and frames, and ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of collision repair experience or completion of a technical program.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Ability to read and work from job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
• Able to lift up to 35 lb regularly and up to 70 lb occasionally.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles according to estimate and standards, replacing damaged parts.
• Restore body panels and structural components to pre-accident condition.
• Communicate with management about additional repairs or delays.
• Maintain tools and equipment and operate safely.
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
• Wear required PPE and assist teammates as needed.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations governing body shops.
