Classic Collision is seeking a hands-on collision repair technician to join a team focused on quality, integrity, and safety. You will disassemble, assess, repair and reassemble vehicles, operate a range of tools, and ensure repairs meet industry standards.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.

Aufgaben

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and preparing a 100% repair plan.
• Identify all needed repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following the work order for all operations.
• Remove upholstery, electrical components and access damaged areas as needed; store parts securely.
• Mend damaged body panels by hammering, filling, welding replacements and reassembling after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, sander, spray guns, etc.).
• File, grind and sand repaired surfaces before painting; inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other related duties and comply with safety rules and SOPs.
