Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks an Auto Body Technician to provide an exceptional customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will plan repairs, prepare estimates, realign chassis, replace sections with parts, and ensure all work meets labor-time guidelines. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship is required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repairing vehicle bodies and using trade tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair planning and cost estimates for customers.
