Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Must work safely in a noisy area with odors.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plans repair work and prepares cost estimates.
• Uses tools such as plasma cutters, cutting guns, hydraulic jacks, hammers and pliers to repair sections.
• Welds and attaches or fits parts; paints vehicles to factory specs.
• Inspects vehicles after repair to ensure quality and meets KPIs.
