Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repair work and exceptional customer service. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition, using cutting tools, plasma cutters, and welders while maintaining safety and efficiency.

You must read job orders accurately, work with other technicians, and adhere to WOW standards and time guidelines to achieve KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and timelines.
