Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of coaching experience in intercollegiate athletics.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach with practice, competition and game plans.
• Recruit academically qualified student-athletes and coordinate NIL efforts.
• Support fundraising and alumni engagement activities.
• Handle day-to-day program administration and coordination.
