Job summary

The University of Utah is seeking an Assistant Swimming Coach for its men's and women's swimming program. This role supports coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, and program operations.

The position requires early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and significant travel. You will plan workouts, coach at competitions, monitor swimmer progress, assist with travel and operations, and help ensure student-athlete success both in sport and academics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Several years of competitive swimming coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of swimming technique, training, and competition preparation.
• Effective communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
