Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, coordination of clinics, and collaboration with alumni and NIL initiatives. This role requires leadership, integrity and the ability to guide student-athletes academically and athletically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent.
• 2–5 years of coaching at intercollegiate level; knowledge of NCAA rules.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach with practice and competition activities.
• Support recruiting and player skill development.
• Coordinate clinics and administer daily program tasks.
