• Experience with strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of conditioning programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized conditioning, strength, speed, and flexibility programs for student-athletes.
• Promote the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program and ensure compliance with policies and NCAA rules.
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development and training methods.
