Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Partnership Strategy & Activation Manager to lead and maximize collegiate athletic partnerships, leveraging NIL opportunities and integrated marketing activations. You will align sponsorships with business goals and drive client engagement across marketing and banking teams.

In this role you will plan activations, measure impact with KPIs, and collaborate across departments to translate partnership investments into growth, community engagement, and enhanced brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management or related field.
• 5+ years in sponsorships, partnerships, sports marketing or brand activation.
• Experience in collegiate athletics, media rights or NIL environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategy for collegiate athletic partnerships and key relationships.
• Plan and activate integrated marketing across in-venue, digital, social and events.
• Develop campaigns to boost brand awareness, fan engagement and client growth.
• Measure performance with KPIs and report ROI to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial banking, wealth management and retail teams.
