You will drive brand visibility, business development, and client engagement by leveraging sponsorship assets, NIL opportunities, and integrated marketing activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, sports marketing or brand activation.
• Experience with collegiate athletics, media rights or NIL environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute strategy for collegiate athletic partnerships and other key partnerships.
• Plan and activate integrated marketing across in-venue, digital, social, and events.
• Develop new partnership opportunities, including NIL and athlete collaborations.
• Track KPIs and provide leadership with ROI insights and optimization ideas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, banking, wealth, and retail teams.
