Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated coaching experience.
• Proven recruiting and development of student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a collegiate cheer program.
• Recruit student-athletes and supervise volunteers and student workers.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate performance and development of student athletes.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives and team travel.
• Develop and reconcile program budgets and manage equipment.
• Organize summer camps and schedule practices (3–4 days per week).
• Ensure the team competes at home games and NCAA championships.
