Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the cheer program and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Recruit and retain qualified student‑athletes; monitor academic progress and grades; manage program budgets, travel, fundraising, and social media.
• Coordinate game day operations and volunteer/community engagement activities.
• Plan practices, develop skills, and implement game day performance strategies.
• Demonstrate commitment to student‑athlete success, sportsmanship, leadership and teamwork.
