Southwest Tennessee Community College is seeking a part-time Weight Room Attendant within the Athletics department. The role reports to a full-time staff member and assists with daily weight room operations, safety, and user support for student-athletes and facility guests.
The position requires a registered SWTCC student approved for Federal Work Study, availability to work a set schedule, and the ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

The Weight Room Attendant is a part-time position reporting to a full time staff member in the athletic department reporting to Assistant Athletic Director, Ecenur Yurdakul. The Weight Room Attendant is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the college weight room, maintaining a safe and clean environment, monitoring equipment usage, and supporting student-athletes and authorized facility users.
