Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a College Recruiting Coordinator to support its early-career hiring efforts. This part-time role manages job requisitions on the company website, guides candidates through the interview and hiring process, coordinates participation in university career fairs, and tracks hiring data and outcomes across the program.

The position is part-time, three days per week, on-site in Westwood's Fort Worth, TX office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or event coordination.
• Experience with an ATS and job board/career site posting tools.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets or reporting tools to track and summarize data.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and events simultaneously.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work the scheduled part-time hours consistently, including occasional travel for career fairs.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and maintain job openings on the company website and job boards.
• Move candidates through each stage of the hiring process, from application through offer.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring teams.
• Identify and register the company for relevant university career fairs and events.
• Track recruiting metrics, including applicants, interviews, offers, and hires.
