Job summary

Retail Services WIS Corporation is seeking a College Relations Coordinator to strengthen the early-career talent pipeline. You will coordinate campus engagement, internship programs, and recruiting events, working closely with leadership and college partners to ensure high-quality execution.

This remote, Dallas-area role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to travel to WIS HQ and campuses as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or campus recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience attending onsite recruiting events and career fairs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and data accuracy.
• Comfort working in public-facing campus environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet and ATS is a plus.
• Professionalism and sound judgment when representing the organization.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus recruiting events by scheduling logistics with college POCs.
• Plan and attend career fairs, meet-and-greets, and local hiring events.
• Assist onsite setup for campus events and manage materials.
• Maintain regular communication with leaders regarding events outcomes.
• Represent WIS at campus and community events to strengthen employer brand.
• Support internship program milestones and candidate experience initiatives.
• Update event dashboards and reporting trackers.
• Respond to inquiries and serve as primary contact for college partners.
• Escalate issues to the Manager as needed.
