Job summary

Experience with Banner or Navigate is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years' relevant experience in student services, enrollment management, or related higher education work.
• Ability to learn and use complex databases and information systems; strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.
• Strong project coordination, time-management, and event-planning abilities; collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate college outreach and retention initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Analyze data to inform planning and program improvements; prepare clear status reports.
• Manage deadlines and recurring projects while maintaining confidentiality.
