The University of Alaska Fairbanks is looking for a Graduate Admissions Recruiter to strengthen graduate enrollment and support students. This role focuses on personalized outreach to prospective students, representing UAF at recruitment events, and collaborating with academic departments to enhance the admissions process.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a background in student recruitment or admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, advising, or related higher education work.
• Experience in graduate recruitment or admissions is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead outreach to prospective and admitted graduate students.
• Represent UAF at recruitment events and information sessions.
• Coordinate recruitment events and college fairs.
