Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, cloud-based tools, and student information systems is essential, with experience using Banner or similar higher education systems preferred. The ability to create effective tracking tools, guides, checklists, and processes will support consistent program delivery, while adaptability, collaboration, and cultural and geographic awareness will be important for serving partners and students across urban, rural, and remote Alaska communities.

The successful candidate should have experience working with K-12 schools, school districts, or secondary students and experience communicating complex ideas and multi-step processes to a variety of audiences.
