Northeast Arc in Beverly, MA is seeking a compassionate professional for the College Navigator role within the Guided Personal Support program. This per diem position provides dedicated 1:1 support to adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders as they transition into and navigate college life.

Working within the GPS program, you will help individuals build independence, social-emotional skills, and personal goals in college and the community.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Knowledge and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Mental Health diagnoses.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides individualized clinical oversight of caseload to foster inclusion and independence.
• Assists individuals in interpreting social cues in community settings.
• Teaches skills per individual plan and participates in ISP progress meetings.
• Collaborates with providers, families, and individuals served as appropriate.
• Submits weekly progress documentation and maintains outreach logs.
• Uses personal vehicle to transport individuals to community activities.
• Provides mandated reporting per MA laws.
