Job summary

Northeast Arc is looking for qualified Autism Coaches to join the Guided Personal Support Program in Andover, MA. Autism Coaches will support individuals in achieving their personal goals, operate independently, and work closely in community settings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, with a Master's preferred, and at least one year of experience with individuals with disabilities. The pay rate ranges from $25 to $45 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to stand for 80% of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized supports to clients for community inclusion.
• Teaches specific skills and behaviors per individual's plan.
• Communicates with Supervisor regarding progress and challenges.
• Completes necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Transport individuals to community activities using personal vehicle.
• Provides mandated reporting consistent with Massachusetts General Laws.
